Apple Parfait

An exciting parfait for those who are tired of plain ol’ curd. Packed with flavour and taste, it also helps keep blood sugar levels under check.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 grams) hung curd or thick yogurt
  • ½ cup (125 grams) sugar free muesli
  • 2 scoops (16 grams) Prohance D powder
  • 1 apple (50 grams) chopped
Instructions
  1. Take hung curd and thoroughly mix Prohance D powder in it.
  2. In a wide-mouthed glass, put 1 layer of hung curd, sprinkle a layer of museli and then add chopped apples.
  3. Put a layer of hung curd, museli and apples in the same order till the brim of the glass.
  4. Refrigerate the glass for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
