Ingredients
  • ½ cup (125 grams) broken wheat (daliya)
  • 3 scoops (24 grams) of Prohance D powder
Instructions
  1. Combine bulgur wheat with ½ cup of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  3. Combine Prohance D powder and mix well till smooth.
  4. Serve hot.
