Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp (30 grams) wheat flakes or muesli (no sugar)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) skimmed milk
  • 3 scoops (24 grams) of Prohance D powder
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, take lukewarm milk and add Prohance D powder.
  2. Mix well until no lumps are seen.
  3. Add wheat flakes or muesli and mix well.
  4. Eat immediately.
