Instructions for the cake sponge
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan). Line two 10-cm cake pans and place them aside.
  2. Blend the oats into the flour.
  3. In a big bowl, beat the butter and mix together all the dry ingredients: sugar, oats flour, baking powder, baking soda, Prohance Junior Vanilla protein powder, and salt.
  4. Add in the yoghurt, vanilla extract, and milk.

  • 20 ml milk (you can use dairy-free milk like soya or coconut)
  • 130 g of pureed strawberries or you can use strawberry jam
  • 4 huge fresh strawberries (plus extra on top)

Instructions for strawberry cream cheese frosting:

While your cakes cool, you can start making the delicious frosting.
  1. Spread strawberry puree over the first cake layer.
  2. Blend together cream cheese, milk, yoghurt, and Prohance Junior Vanilla protein powder till it is smooth.
  3. Layer one-third out of the cream cheese mix onto the strawberry puree.
  4. Place a few small, fresh strawberries over the top.
  5. Add the second cake layer over the initial cake layer.
  6. Pour the rest of the cream cheese mix on the cake and top with additional strawberry puree and thinly sliced strawberries.
