Ragi Banana Pancake is a nutritious and delicious breakfast/snack choice. Ingredients
  • Half cup ragi flour (51 g)
  • ¼ Cup diced banana (51 g)
  • 3 Scoops Prohance Mom powder (30 g)
  • 50 mL cow milk
  • 4 Dates (16 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon dried Cranberries (12 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds (11 g)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder (0.2 g)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon baking powder (0.53 g)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon salt (0.45 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon butter (4 g)
Instructions
  1. Deseed the dates and keep aside.
  2. In a blender, add ragi flour, Prohance Mom powder, diced banana, dates, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt, pour milk and blend into a semi-thick smooth batter without any lumps.
  3. Transfer batter to the bowl, add a pinch of baking powder, dried cranberries, chia seeds, and mix well.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, brush it with butter and pour a small spoonful of batter.
  5. Cook until the pancakes turn light brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favourite fruits.
